The highlight of the evening is the selection of sushi, featuring fresh omakase nigiri and expertly crafted sushi rolls that showcase the pinnacle of culinary craftsmanship. The dinner finishes with a dessert.

After the booking, chef creates the menu and amends it to meet your dietary requirements and preferences provided that they are not too complicated.
Our chef comes to your place approximately 2 hours before the dinner starting time, cooks, serves you and cleans your kitchen before leaving .

The event but was very formally presented and was therefore not very fun.
I really learned so much and enjoyed every minute of it! Akemi is a very good chef / instructor and very easy to relate to. Loved doing all the hands-on cooking. Hope that Sozai will have other classes to offer with different Japanese dishes. Highly recommended!
Learnt a lot about making Ramen, while understanding the noddle making process and one I can definitely use for future meals! Really cool class.
