Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a booked class for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will be able to refund payment, either partially or fully, provided sufficient notice is given.

1) If your booked class is more than 7 working days away, you will receive a full refund back on to the card by which you made the original payment.
2) If your booked class is between 3 and 7 working days away, 50% of the total cost will be credited to your Sozai account for a future booking.
3) If your booked class is less than 3 working days away, you will not receive a refund.

*Please note that we may cancel the class or change the venue if there are fewer than 4 participants. In this case we will contact you up front 7 days. In case of cancellation, you can choose from to be credited into your Sozai account to rearrange or fully refund.

If you need to cancel a booked event/catering for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will be able to refund payment, either partially or fully, provided sufficient notice is given.

1) If your booked event/catering is more than 7 working days away, please contact us to change your booking to another day or receive a full refund.
2) If your booked event/catering is between 5 and 7 working days away, 50% of the total cost will be credited to your Sozai account and can be used on another date.
3) If your booked event/catering is less than 5 working days away, the full fee is payable whether or not you attend.

Changing Your Class

If you wish to change your class, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate your request.

*Please note that we are not able to accept requests to change classes unless we are given at least 3 working days away notice.

*Please note that all transfers are subject to class availability. If your chosen class is fully booked we will offer you an alternative date or refund your money as appropriate.
