I had the absolute pleasure of attending Susie’s class. As a chef myself, I was so impressed by the ease and knowledge in which Suzue guided us as students. The methods used were faultless and yielded fantastic results with ease. This is a recipe I will definitely use time and time again and is a fabulous addition to anyone’s repertoire. I can’t rate this class highly enough! Just great!
I really enjoyed the interactive class with opportunities to ask questions. Suzue explained and demonstrated each step and allowed time for participants to complete the task. The end product was absolutely delicious!
I've never made choux before but so glad they turned out well. It was a class of 5 students. Suzue gave us good advice when we got stuck. Thank you.
