You will learn how to make 3 different kinds of sushi rolls: 
1) Hosomaki - Cucumber, Sushi Rice, Nori(Seaweed) 

2) Uramaki - Salmon, Avocado, Sesame, Sushi Rice, Nori 

3) Temaki (Hand Roll) - Tuna Salad, Cucumber 

The experience instructor will teach you how to prepare, how to select the ingredients and how to use the bamboo mat with the useful tips step by step.

Learn Japanese by CHEF: 

Saito will teach you how to greet in Japanese, and go through the various names of the sushi ingredients in Japanese. You will also learn how to conduct a simple communications in Japanese.

At the end of the class, you will enjoy the freshly made sushi with a glass of refreshment. 

Left over sushi can be packed away in the box provided to enjoy for the dinner at home.*
