Popular Japanese bowl food certificated class
The head chef of a distinguished Japanese restaurant will teach you,

-How to make ramen and udon soup.
-How to make Japanese omelette.
-How to cook Japanese rice _properly_.
-Donburi (chicken, onion and egg).

This is an intensive class but the participants will close the class with Q&A time, enjoying their freshly made Japanese dishes together!!

Include: Sozai original apron to keep and take home.

Instructor's profile

Tomokazu Matsuya
Born in Hokkaido, Japan. Matsuya is one of London's top Japanese sushi chefs, he has been in UK over 15 years. He completed his culinary education at 17 years old.

After obtaining his international cook's license he joined the self-defense forces of Japan and for 15 years cooked for many VIPs from all over the world as the forces' chef. After starting his own venture, he took a position at SO Restaurant in Soho and also at Miyama Mayfair London as Head Sushi Chef. Now he is starting his own Japanese restaurant in central Acton London.

Shojin meal

Mr Tanahashi created the most amazing meal over six courses, which was satisfying, delicious and utterly splendid. He told us that no machines are used in the food creation which is just astonishing, especially when the dishes were complicated and intricate.

An excellent meal and great service, too!

Shojin

Lovely presentation of cooking with meditation. A printed sheet with the ingredients for the sesame dressing and a list of stockists of the tools required to make it would have been useful.

The dressing made the vegetables taste really delicious and I will try it once I have the appropriate kitchen tools.
