We learnt so much during the afternoon with Chef Saito and his team. Chef was patient, good humored and really passionate about sushi and all things Japan. We learnt some important sushi making skills in an interesting and interactive way, and got the opportunity to practice some key Japanese that will help us on our upcoming trip to Japan!

Very much enjoyed the course. Kinu was an excellent teacher, she explained the recipe, gave us tips we can use in other cooking and patiently showed us how to create a delicious curry. I would highly recommend the class.

This was truly an amazing experience to learn and gain knowledge on Sushi making to add to your culinary. Small detail really matters when it comes to Sushi making and that is what this class thought you. Clear instructions on the process from rolling your sushi to cutting the fish. And also learning about the history of Sushi making and Japanese culture of the whys and hows was very interesting to me.

I would recommend this even if you have no experience.
