In this interactive cook-along class, you will learn how to prepare and bake a choux pastry ring, chocolate pastry cream, crème Chantilly and mulled cherry compote.

Sliced or chopped almonds (or choice of yours)
Fresh/ frozen or tinned cherries
Pectin or lemon juice
Star anise (optional)
【EQUIPMENT WE'LL BE USING】
**Fan assisted oven**
Silicon mat or paper
Ice bain marie (Double bowls or trays with ice cubes)
Piping bags (3)
Piping nozzles (plain 12-13mm, Plain 8mm, star medium size) - don't worry if you don't have any, we can make do without them
7cm Pastry cutter or round cup to mark the baking mat
Electric mixer (optional)
