- Gyoza is Japanese dumpling filled with ground pork and lots of vegetables wrapped in thin dough.
There are a number of ways to serve Gyoza, but the best is to pan fry.
You will learn:
how to make the filling
how to make the dipping sauce
how to wrap the filling in a dough
how to pan fry perfectly
At the end of the class, you will eat the freshly made gyoza with a drink*.
The dinner will be served with a bowl of rice and miso soup.
