The Kids Sushi Master Competition is back at Hyper Japan Christmas (26th November 2017)!
Following the success of the last 3 years, Sozai Cooking School will once again be holding its popular “Kids Sushi Master Competition” at Hyper Japan. This is a FREE workshop for kids aged 8 to 15.
To enter, you need to book a slot (details below). For each place booked, you will receive 2 entry passes (by post), one for a junior performer and one for a parent/guardian. The standard price for an official entry ticket to Hyper Japan on 26th Nov is £17.00 pp.
Participants will face off against their peers at the HYPER Creative Studio in a friendly yet intense competition to determine the overall winner.
These young competitors form the pool from which tomorrow’s Master sushi chefs will emerge, so come down and take part, or join friends and families in cheering on our brave, young contestants! Entries will be judged on a variety of factors, including overall appearance, theme, taste, form, and originality, among others. A panel of judges, all seasoned culinary professionals in their own respective fields, will award the winner the title of Master Sushi Kid of the Year along with a great prize! All participants will get goodie bags!

Please note, this is a free workshop. If you already have got your Hyper Japan entry tickets for 26th November, simply come and join us on the day. However this competition has a limit of 25 participants, and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so in order to secure your place on the workshop in advance, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
